Danny Shaw is an international session drummer and percussionist. He's also a recording studio engineer, with experience spanning over 10 years in the music industry. He is an experienced music tutor, working both privately and in schools/higher education. In addition, Danny serves as a musical performance director, project manager, artist mentor, content curator and retailer for EMD Music.

Beginning his career as a session musician, Danny has contributed to chart hit records, performed on international tours, and collaborated with numerous top artists. He is proudly endorsed by Stagg, Remo, BDC, and Pellwood Sticks. Danny Shaw started his first drum and recording studio at age 17. Since then, he's worked with artists such as Matt Johnson from Jamiroquai, Graham Massey from 808 State, Shatta Wale the Dancehall King, Robbie Williams and many more.

Beyond drumming, Danny operates a commercial recording studio in Stoke-on-Trent and serves as a musical director for various outdoor events. He is also the project director for KiLNE, a 22-piece marching techno band.
